      <description>Folks,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am working a ticket with HP support, but I have spoke with a couple of colleagues, and looked at multiple hw/browser configurations and it is not working 'anywhere'..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Would a few of you mind going to:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;OPTIONS=&amp;gt;Protocol Settings=&amp;gt;Global Protocol Settings &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and see if the form returns an error - http 500.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just let me know that the form returns to you ok.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your time and consideration,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Joe</description>

      <description>Using HP SIM 4.0, I have no issue loading this with IE6 or Firefox.</description>
