Backing up the HP SIM server

Hi folks, we have a standard HP SIM install running on a Windows 2k3 server. I believe it's using a local SQL or SQLite database.

What is the recommended procedure for backing up the HP SIM server? I want to be able to do a bare-metal recovery in case the server goes belly up.

However, there are several steps to go from bare metal to your first restore steps using this method, including installing the OS and the HP SIM install before you restore the data files. You might consider taking an image of your HP SIM server using the Rapid Deployment Pack or other imaging tool as a checkpoint in addition to a rotating data file backup practice.
