    <description>this is going to be a hard one to crack as HP does not support Win2003 on the 1850R (firmware devlopment ceased on this product before 2ki3's release). Try downgrading the management agents to maybe 6.4 and see how they react. Remeber when downgrading you want to check overwrite newer versions when applying the support pack. Good luck.</description>

      <title>7.10 Agents crashing on W2K3 on 1850's</title>

      <description>Whenever I initiate a Discovery\Identify Systems from SIM 4.10 on an 1850R running Server 2003 Enterprise the HP Insight Foundation agent crashes with the following error in the event log:-&lt;BR /&gt;Faulting application cqmghost.exe, version 7.10.0.0, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.2.3790.0, fault address 0x000019b5.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have imported the latest MIBs and the servers have the latest firmware.</description>
