VCA in Linux Red Hat 8

Hi,
I'm installing PSP in several Linux Red Hat 8. The PSP for this distribution doesn't include the VCA and if I try to install it separately it's impossible because first it must be installed the SMH but this is installed with the ASM...
So, how can I do for installing this VCA?
