      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've set HP SIM to monitor device, it sends critical alarm mail notification when device becomes unavailable, but how to "push" it to send also notification when device is available?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Try adding the event type "normal" in your email automatic event handler. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So for example, you should have triggers for:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Critical events&lt;BR /&gt;Major events&lt;BR /&gt;Normal events&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should then be notified that a device went from a critical to normal status.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>It is similar, but under selected event types it can be found as system inside manager event types system reachable and unreachable - from point of view of SIM. Works great</description>
