topic RILOE II not Identified by SIM 4.1 after Firmware Upgrade in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I applied HP Support Pack 7.10 to 30 servers. I installed all support pack updates except for the RILOE II firmware. Once I verified that Support Pack installed successfully on all servers, I installed the RILOE II firmware upgrade (version 1.13). Now, SIM 4.1 shows a question mark in the MP column for 18 of the 30 servers. I have tried deleting and re-discovering the devices and I ran device identification multiple times. It appears that SIM can discover the RILOE II devices, but device Identification is not successful. Functionality of the RILOE II cards is fine, and I confirmed that the firmware was upgraded to 1.13 successfully. All of the RILOE II devices were identified correctly by SIM prior to the RILOE II firmware upgrade. Little help?

I have this same problem based on the same changes. Upgraded Support Pack to 7.10. Then flashed the RILOE II firmware to 1.13. Question Mark in MP column. Any ideas?

Same problem. Updated some novell servers to psp710, after that i upgraded the riloeII to firmware 1.13. Sim41 recognizes both the server and riloe, but it doesn't see that they are linked together. Cpqri.nlm is loaded at the console.
