Hi folks. I'm trying to integrate HP SIM 5.1 and Service Desk.
Upon the creation of the event in SIM the sd_event.exe (service desk module) should be launched from Action on Event.
It works good for creating incidents but when I mark event and clear it the othe action on event should be executed. Unfortunately in craches with code 1073741819

see attach

P.S. when you launch the command from cmd console - everything works good
P.S.P.S. SD 5.1 and SIM 5.1 both work on w2k3 Standard server on different hardware

Thanks for your help
