Hi,
I am trying to set up insight to manage a few servers that are not HP hardware. Some of these are dell boxes and some are Virtual Machine guests.

I am having trouble getting these to report their information to SIM. I have installed the proliant support pack and everything seems to be configured correctly but it will not update the information to reflect the operating system, system type, and other information about the server.

Any ideas what my issue might be here?

What software needs to be installed on my windows hosts in order to report the OS information as well as report critical system events?
