topic Version Control Repository in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I recently upgraded to SIM 5.2 SP2 from 5.1 and it seems my VCR has "gotten lost". When I try to run Manager on the VCR box (also the SIM box), I get a message "The Application is not available." I have tried running the cp008623.exe install, but it remains "unavailable." VCA on the server is also "unavailable." The Repository directory still exists and is full of downloaded updates, etc., but it remains unmanageable. Are there any fixes?

VCA and VCR services did not start. This has happened frequently when the box restarts -- the VCA and SIM agents do not start even though the user is an administrator and the password is correct.
