    <description>You would need to delete registeries under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Hewlett-Packard\ISEESWM]. Also, consider checking within add/removed progams if "isee_cms_swmagent" is present. Ideally, it should not appear there.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <title>Remote Support Pack</title>

      <description>I have uninstalled the Remote Support Pack that came with HP SIM 5.2 SP2. When I go to reinstall the Remote Support Pack  it will not install be because it thinks it is still installed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can I properly ininstall and force the program to install.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;steven</description>

      <description>Perfect&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I needed to uninstall the isee_cms_swmagent as well as removing the entries from the registry.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;100%&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;10 points&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;steven</description>
