      <description>Thanks for your help, but what I want to do is to make HP SIM recognize EVA when I add the CV host at the system.&lt;BR /&gt;I already did that configurations to make CV sends traps do HP SIM.</description>

      <description>Command View is an SMI-S provider, which is the storage form of WBEM.  You need to supply WBEM credentials for HP SIM for an account that has privileges for Command View.</description>

      <description>HPSIM discovers the EVA via the SMIS-S component that should have been installed along with CV. So you need to have credentials entered into the WBEM section for the server that hosts CV.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I think these credentials should also belong to the Storage Group created by CV on the server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Google wbemdisco as thats a good test tool.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also CV6 is getting quite old now, you may want to look at upgrading that.</description>
