Running Windows 2003 Standard SP2. I cannot get the driver for the HP ProLiant 64-Bit/66-Mhz Dual Channel Wide Ultra3 SCSI Controller out of Version Control Agent. I have tried removing the sys file, upgrading to the latest driver (which doesn't work because the card is not installed), and restarting the VCA. Anyone experienced this before? I have seen many threads about drivers and uninstallation but none that had solutions.

Fron another thread, see if this takes care of it.

Rename or delete the Folder "Discovery" inside %systemdrive%\hp\hpsmh\data\cgi-bin\vcagent, this make VCA to get inventory as previous versions of VCA.
