PMP 5.0 Failed in creating Database Schema: Incorrect function

Have just upgraded SIM to version 5.3 and need to upgrade/install PMP 5.0. However, PMP 5.0 fails. HPPMP_V5.LOG excerpt below. Any ideas? FYI 4.7.1 installs just fine, but isn't compatible wit SIM 5.3

The given problem might be because of several reasons:

- Either SIM is not installed properly, thus the required library files are not available for PMP installer.

- Or current user don't have full rights on the 'temp' folder on CMS.

- Or 'temp' folder don't have enough space left.

Please verify all these & then try again.

I completely uninstalled SIM & PMP as well as other HP software to the point that nothing was installed. SIM 5.3 was installed clean with no problems.

User is the Administrator with full rights on everything.

- Or 'temp' folder don't have enough space left.

16.3 GB free on the HD.

There appears to be a bug in the installer program that HP needs to fix as this won't install for upgrade or clean install.

Please verify all these & then try again.

Can you verify, whether your CMS is having latest Java updates ?

I updated Java to Version 6 Update 12. PMP installed okay. It would have been nice if the installer would have verified the correct Java version instead of throwing a cryptic error.
