I installed PSP 8.2 along with FW 8.4 on my HP SIM 5.2 SP2 server as well as removing the VMM. Now when I go under Options > Remote Support Configuration and Services > Entitlement the RS column is red for all the servers. When I move the mouse of the red X it says that Contract and Warranty Information has not been filled with required entries for RS.

I spoke with technical support at HP. They had to get me someone on the "backline" which, apparently, usually takes weeks. Apparently there is a known bug with the some versions fo RSSWM. I'm currently running system homepage from 8.2 and RSSWM A.05.20.

The tech replaced some files under some directories but I'm not sure what directories or what files. You'll have to call them for now. Hopefully, a patch will come out soon. Or maybe just upgrade to 5.3
