HP SIM frequently loses connection

We are running HP SIM 5.3
Windows 2003 SP2
Database on SQL 2005 on a remote server

Every couple of days SIM will be inaccessible, the web page displays "Communication with the HP SIM server has been lost..."
The only error in event viewer is "Audit Log queue size exceeded, audit logging paused, verify mxdtf is running"

If anybody has seen this problem or is aware of it any help would be appreciated

Thanks for that. I applied the latest hotfix available via RSSM but the SIM web page crashed again, this time there were no eventlog errors

Most likely it is a browser communications issue. I assume that you can restart the browser and reconnect to HP SIM as it is unaffected?
