You probably need to download the PSP and extract it to the repository.
I know you will have a lot of the files within the PSP already downloaded as single files. Dont over write any cp0xxxxxx.exe if you have already configured them.
The details of the PSP that VCRM looks at I think are in the bp000xxx.xml file.
If you dont have one of those...it does not know of a PSP.

My VCRM has not downloaded a PSP since version 8.20. It is downloading all of the new single components, just not the full PSP's. Any ideas why this is happening? Also, if it can't be fixed, is there an easy way to upload the missing PSP's to the VCRM? Thanks!

Thanks Adrian! Two of the xml files were missing, and two of them were 0Kb. I replaced them and then rescanned. Then I had invalid support packs because not all of the files where in the repository. I took care of that and I think I am all set. Thanks!
