Deploy Support Pack

hello!

I want to deploy support pack.
But when I select the server where Version Control Repository is installed I get following error message:
There are no Support Packs in this repository.

What do I have to do?

You should populate the VCRM with supports pack.

In my case PSP for windows were downloaded by VCRM automatically.
PSP for linux were manually imported into VCRM

I've got it.

But now I have another problem.

The server don't send me snmp traps.
I have repaired the agents but nothing changed.

Make sure you have udp 162 port traffic allowed from managed nodes to CMS

Make sure you have DNS configured. Because if you have DNS it's impossible to setup trap destination at least on linux servers.

Try to use sniffer to check if traps leaving managed server.
