      <description>You should populate the VCRM with supports pack.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In my case PSP for windows were downloaded by VCRM automatically.&lt;BR /&gt;PSP for linux were manually imported into VCRM&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Dzmitryj</description>

      <description>thx. &lt;BR /&gt;I've got it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But now I have another problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The server don't send me snmp traps.&lt;BR /&gt;I have repaired the agents but nothing changed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Make sure you have udp 162 port traffic allowed from managed nodes to CMS&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure you have DNS configured. Because if you have DNS  it's impossible to setup trap destination  at least on linux servers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try to use sniffer to check if traps leaving managed server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Dzmitryj</description>
