      <title>Cannot Access HP SIM Remotely</title>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have just installed HP SIM and can access the condole from the server using the http://localhost:280 or http:servername:280 which then directs to the https port 50000 screen to log in.  However I cannot connect from my own PC vie a web browser, it cannot find the web site, does anyone know how to correct this?</description>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried that but it times out, using a different browser I get the following error&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I will remember about the points.</description>

      <description>The server had a hyphen in its name, removed that and all works OK.</description>

      <description>Check to see if your firewall is not blocking the ports. &lt;BR /&gt;Also make sure when using the 50000 port that you have https:// not just http:</description>
