Version Control Version status

Hi,
VC agent status is unknown for 2 servers and I don't know why..
HS, MP and ES icons are green.
When I click on SW it leads to the remote host VC homepage without any pb and it displays all the updates. HS/MP also works fine.
I have tried to replicate SNMP/VC configuration from another server (same model) and it is not working.

Any idea?

What is the OS on the 2 unkown?

Windows 2003 and Windows 2008
The Win2003 server has the same config as another 2003 server that is why I have used replication
(same thing for the 2008 server)

Try setting the baseline and then rerunning the SW polling task. The SW polling task usually only runs weekly I think - so it may have not updated things.

SW polling needed to be launched manually.
I have also set a new schedule (every 4 hours)
