    <description>the reply gave me the answer - mxgetdbinfo.  Simple once you know it, but a forum user taking time to answer saved me lots of time digging through books, knowledgebase, etc.</description>

      <title>SIM 6.0 - which database is it using?</title>

      <description>I've had several version on several servers, local db, remote db, maybe 2 version of SIM on this server.  SO, I find a variety of INSIGHT_V50_0_nnnnnnnn databases when looking in SQL Managers.  How can I get my current installation of SIM 6.0 to tell me which database it's using?  It is just one, isn't it?  Or might it be using more than one?  Thanks.</description>
