Three Software Cannot be Updated from Version Control Agent

Version Control Agent is the latest 6.2.0.860
But three software cannot be updated from the VC,

1>HP ProLiant Smart Array P700m Clustering Support Software for Windows
2>HP StorageWorks Fibre Channel Adapter Kit for the x86 QLogic Storport Driver
3>OpenSSH Services for HP Systems Insight Manager

Any idea? I have applied and rebooted the server, but VCA still complains they need upgraded. Help!

can you list the Installed version and the upgrade version which is failing,

or attach the VCA screen shot.

Sometimes running the install file directly gives more information. You might want to try that.

As Rob said, just run openSSH exe manually and see what error you get?
may be openSSH has some issue in installation.

installed OpenSSH manually. There are two items showing in "Add/Remove Programs". 1>OpenSSH Services 3.7.1p1-1 2>OpenSSH Services for HP Systems Insight Manager 3.7.1p1-1 So I removed the first one. VCA looks happy now.
