topic Process Timeout pushing PSP in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

Hi All,

I'm pushing the PSP from SIM onto multiple servers (testing on just 15 at present). When I viewed the results, I had 2 succeeded, 2 trust errors (easily fixed) but the rest showed 'process timeout'. When I looked at the failed items, they had all installed successfully. The only error was an XML parsing problem, shown below:

*************************************
Additional Data
XSLTTransform::applyTransform - XSL Exception!
Type: XSLTProcessorException
File: C:\Compaq\vcagent\sm\xsl\xeevent.xsl
Msg: Variable reference given for variable out of context or without definition! Name = 'eventDesc'
*************************************

Everything seems to be normal, but I'm concerned that certain components may not be correctly configured. Can anyone shed any light on why this should happen, and if it will affect the agents?

Thanks.
