topic deployment task hangs after 10 hosts in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

This is the problem I'm having with either HP Insight Manager 7 SP2.3 or HP Systems Insight Manager 4.1 - when I am trying to deploy driver or agents update using 'Install Software and Firmware' type task no matter how many hosts will I select for deployment task will only attempt to deploy to 10 hosts and then hangs forever. If you look at the deployment status it will be 'in progress'. Any ideas?
