    <description>Are you sure that SIM generated the link to the document?&lt;BR /&gt;If the link is included in the event details. e.g. repair details&lt;BR /&gt;You should verify the WEBES/ IRS version. HP recommended to update WEBES once year in the past.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But I guess Murphy's Law can be applied in case the document moved during the ITRC to HPSC migration.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HP SIM (version 6.2)&amp;nbsp;reported a memory error on one of our vPars, and in the message has a link to docs.hp.com.&amp;nbsp; This link is redirected to a document that isn't very helpful for finding the error.&amp;nbsp; My question: are the links fixed in SIM 6.3?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
