Hi all, I'm tasked to implement SIM 6.3 in the enterprise consisting of 1000+ HP servers and 50+ offices. I'm looking for suggestions/best practices around:

1. configuring the various logins (security configuration) required as to grant user access to only display their office HP servers including blades and to be able to fully manage them in SIM (but not the Chassis).

2.Configuring multiply Version Control Repositories and defining the office sites that access it? (Does VCR still slow down after more then 2 or 3 systems are accessing it the same time?)

3. How to setup the discovery of new or rebuilt systems. There are tons of IP ranges across the network and therefore to only have the IP discovery ranges configured based on office location and login ID.

4. Also is anyone running a pure WBEM environment? Is there SIM modules (HP warranty?) that won't function if I build out a pure WBEM environment?

I have looked at the SIM Optimal performance document, but that contains no info on the actually build out of SIM in a multiple office sites/multiple login environment as is my case.

Thank you in Advance
