    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume this is on the SIM logon page?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SIM is using the security credentials from the OS it is running on. So check the password on your Windows server...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kr,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bart&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, it is on the startpage ..... and it is like the&amp;nbsp;"installing und configure Guide" . This is the reason of my question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The SIM was installed on a SLES 11 Linux Server. Root doesent work ...... "Sign-In-Failure"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, i want to configure it manually ...... i will see, what he needs, he wants ...... i will reset passwords ...... who??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did U use another account to do the installation? You should logon the first time with the account that U used for the installation. Afterwards U can add additional users inside SIM...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kr,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bart&lt;/P&gt;</description>
