Cannot detect system management homepage

Just built 6 brand new 2008r2 systems from 6 x BL460c G7 in a C7000 chassis.

out of the 6, 4 have been configured perfectly in HP SIM.

2 of those are fine except that when i attempt to identify systems it says System Management Homepage is not installed or detected.

SNMP is correct, everything is fine. I can open SMH on the server. It's datasource is SNMP. I can connect to VCA and update firmware/drivers but in HP SIM it cannot detect SMH.

Seems rather strange to me

so over the weekend 1 of the 2 servers has now shown up as being able to communicate with system management homepage while the other is still not able to see it.

any ideas?

What port is SMH listening on 2381? Send output of the indentification task.
