HP SIM 6.3 FAILURE TO START DUE SQL 2008 EXPRESS ERROR

HI,

I have intalled HP SIM 6.3 IN windows server 2008 R2 with MS sql 2008 R2 Express. The installation has gone smoontly.

However; when I start the HP SIM manager it does not complet the check.

In the Sql 2008 server configuration manager the sql server agent (SQLEXPRESS) is stoped whenever I start it igive error mesage in windows "SqlServerAgent could not be started (reason: Error creating New session) "

Please help me on this, I am stack.
