I downloaded the standalone install for VCRM, removed the old install, and ran thru the new install. Within the VCRM, when I click on 'Upload a support Pack', I get the 'Files Needed' box appear and it wants me to point it at a file called 'vcuplda64.dll'. I have searched the internet , and this forum, for where I can find this file and cannot find any mention of it anywhere.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Can someone help me locate it?
