Unfortunately as I found out over the weekend this has its limitations. We had a switch go down to our co-location centre which effectively dropped our SMTP server. Therefore SIM identified this issue but could not send it.<BR /><BR />What I am thinking is to configure the paging functionality of SIM to send a SMS message to our teams mobile phones.
