    <description>&lt;P&gt;Some general tips:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Check IP restrictions in SMH (or firewalls between client and server)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Perhaps the user you are trying to use does not have enough access in SMH on the host running VCRM (think Operator is required)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Easiest way is probably to navigate to hostname-of-vcrm:2381 from the client you are trying to set up and see if you can log in and access vcrm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just built a new Insight manager server on a VMware Windows 2008r2 guest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get the following error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="errorTextBold"&gt;The Version Control Repository Manager (VCRM) was not found on any discovered systems. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="errorTextBold"&gt;Any ideas??&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="errorTextBold"&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
