topic High CPU utilization after loading APC powernet.mib in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

Hi, I just finished compiling and registering a powernet.mib which I downloaded from APC's site. I am noticing that now my HP SIM server's CPU util jumps to about 60% and stays there for about 5 - 10 minutes when I try to setup alerts, or change SNMP Trap settings. Has anyone else seen this behavior?
