SNMP traps problem with P4000

Hello,

I have a problem with SNMP traps generated from the P4000 storages.

The traps are successfully received by HP SIM but they are all received with the same severity (informational).

In the trap details from the P4000, the event severity is correct (informational / warning / critical)

Any idea ?

What verison of HP SIM? And also are you using HP Insight Remote Support?

Hello,

HP SIM Version is 7.1 + Update 1 (SEP 2012).

But the problem exists since the version 6.3 of HP SIM. (which was the version used when the first Lefthand/P4000 was implemented)

We don't use HP Insight Remote Support
