HPSIM 7.1 only partially populates info into Software/Firmware Baselines tab of server details

Hi,

I recently upgraded HPSIM from 6.3 to 7.1

After manually setting up baselines for servers, we find some information missing.

When we drill down to the server->Software/Firmware Baselines tab, I find everything populated in the "Installed Version" column, but only partial information in the "Support Pack Version" and "Latest Version" columns.

I have installed hp-health, hp-snmp-agents from the latest baseline that is retrieved successfully from the server. What is puzzling me is why the info is not displayed in the Support pack an Latest columns? VCRM resides on the same server as HPSIM.

Hi,

I have the same issue on Windows Systems:

It recognizes the most installed components but not all in the Baselines (even if I have the most of them in the baselines configured)...

Maybe the into SIM integrated SUM is not yet fully developed and they hopefully improve it in future releases...

I am trying to understand where the problem is?

It seems HPSIM communicates well with the systems,a s it can pull correctly the version of the installed software, but can't match that up with the software available in VCRM!?
