It should just be a case of discovering the VCRM server the same as any other server. If a normal discovery job through the console isn't picking up the server, try using the command mxnode -a servername instead.

Once the VCRM server shows up as a system in SIM, be sure to setup the trust relationship (either from the Security Settings in the System Management Homepage on the VCRM server, or by configuring the trust from the SIM console using "Configure or Repair Agents").

You should then be able to see the new VCRM under Options > Software/Firmware > Version Control Repository

I recently installed a new VCRM. In SIM I try to configure a baseline to look at the new VCRM as the default, but the new repository does not show up as an option. If I try to point a SMH to the new repository, it works fine, I need to set the default repository to the new VCRM. Any suggestions?

Thanks
