HP System Management Home Page with System Model is NULL

Hi,
I am facing problem with HP management home page that it not able to display the server information. System Model it showed Null, Overall Status Summary was No items, Storage and System also showed nothing as well. Can kindly help on this issue?

Server: HP Proliant DL380 G6 (64 bits)
Operating system: ES4-Update8 (64bits)
Support Pack: ProLiant Support Pack for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 (x86_64) version 8.30
