Hi All,

I am new to to SIM...just installed it and
was trying to login to the System Management Homepage.

What is the default user ID and password?

Ronnie,
By default you should be able to login with the Operating System's Administrator account and password.

Indeed, try your administrator account. Try it with a capital A and without, cause I've found the username to be case sensitive

default is your system`s

if your system add to a domain . you should use username like this Domain\username than password

The account that you used when you installed HP SIM should work.

Yes, to open HP SIM page & HP System Management Homepage we need the account by which HP SIM application was installed
