Managing Dell PowerEdge Server & Automatic Reports Email

I have two questions:

1. Has anyone tried to monitor a Dell PowerEdge 4600 server successfully in SIM 4.1 and can tell me the process for doing so?

2. I have been reading other postings in this forum about automatic or automated emails getting generated for the reports. I would love to have the ability to have a disk space report in my email every morning for myself and my group, but from what I've been reading, the function isn't built in right now to SIM. Has anyone found a way around this and can give me some detailed instructions on how to go about doing this?
