I'm using the latest version of the System Management Homepage and the agents on a Proliant ML370G3 server. Everything is displayed correctly, except for the memory subsystem tab. When you click on the System Board, the screen is empty with an error message in the left corner saying: error on line 2601: cpqHeResMemModuleEntry.0.cpqHeResMemBoardIndex is empty or no object.

P.S. This thread has been moved from ITRC server mgmt (Insight Manager 7) Forum to ITRC HP Systems Insight Manager Forum - HP Forums Moderator

Can you list what version of the Insight Agents (HP Foundation Agent) you are running? I believe you can get this from the services properties or from a SIM report for instance.
