I have several servers where I am not able to get to the home page with their x.x.x.1 address. I've manually stopped the home page service and changed the IP address in the C:\hp\hpsmh\conf\smhpd.conf file then restarted the service. This allowed about half of the servers home page to work when going to the web address https://x.x.x.1:2381, but not all of them. I have searched the forums and could not find a similar issues? Can someone please help troubleshoot.

Thank you.

Hi Darleen,

is it possible to access those SMHompages, which are not working locally from the server itself https://localhost:2381 ?

Can you scan the ports of the servers with the issue and check what is going on with port 2381?

Which version of PSP are you using, and do both the servers with and without issue use the same versions of PSP ?

Regards

I can get the the home page locally and through an ip address other than the x.x.x.1 (i.e. x.x.x.3). I would prefer to make the change within the smhpd.conf file as I did with the other servers (i.e Without binding the IP address within the Home page configuration). For the standards of the company I need the home page to display on the x.x.x.1 and not on the x.x.x.3.
