    <description>i have a problem with SIM 4.1&lt;BR /&gt;i can't connect to logon server, when i try to logon to SIM the screen always staying "Please wait. Checking for a Java Plug-In." and it doesn't connect. i have reinstall java 2 Runtime Environment,SE v1.4.1_04. although i have tried to 3 computer connect to SIM, i cant.i can connect to SIM on the logon server but i can't connect from other computer.&lt;BR /&gt;how can i solve this problem. &lt;BR /&gt;thanks</description>

      <description>This is caused by Microsoft security patch MS04-025.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;go to  &lt;A href="http://www.hp.com/go/hpsim" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.hp.com/go/hpsim&lt;/A&gt;  and download the patch to fix this problem.</description>
