    <description>Just making sure that you are in fact using 4.1.  This was something we saw in 4.0 that was fixed with 4.1.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The workaround was to not use the [Run now] button but to schedule in the future, even if scheduled in a few minutes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are in fact running 4.1, please open a case with customer services so this can be tracked and escalated to the developers.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;BR /&gt;I´m using sim 4.1 and im trying to deploy a Proliant Support Pack for NT4.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;however when i try to deploy the package i get the following error message:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could not execute the tool: Initial Proliant Support Pack Install.No vallues was supplied required argument with promt: Enter drive letter for setupc.exe (i.e e:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What am i doing wrong&lt;/P&gt;
