Fresh Implementation - Do i have a plan?

Hi All,

I know it would be more of an open ended question and not sure if i can post it here (please excuse me if it is the case)....

I have been tasked to prepare a "Project Plan" on a fresh HP SIM implementation in one of the customer’s environment....

Can anyone having the prior HP SIM "implementation experience" share a draft copy of it ("Project Plan") with me/on the forum please?

{Assuming, 1 HP SIM CMS instance, 1 Remote SQL, 100 devices (servers/storage/networking products) to be monitored....as the “Project Plan” tasks would almost be the same in any HP SIM implementation scenario}

Project plan will include the tasks that needs to be carried out in a sequential order to do a fresh installation & configuration of HP SIM

The latter, you need a support contract (SAID) to talk to the HPSC.
