Contract and Warranty Column HP SIM 7.1

Hi, We made an upgrade in our HP SIM 6.3 to 7.1, and now the contract and warranty column does not appears any more in HP SIM. We also made a fresh install to test, but it also not appears. Insight remote support are installed and working. Does anyone know how add CW column again in HP SIM 7.1?

Thanks Rajesh_SIM, but did not worked. I run the fix but the column head CW is not showing yet. In the logs I checked the copy. Our SIM is C.07.01.00.00 and RS 7.0.5.0193.

After updating to Insight RemoteSupport 7.x, this column was removed. I don't know who decided that this was a good idea.

Insight RS provides you with an HP.com web page that you can go to review warranty information.

I really hope HP brings the integration back to HP SIM.
