Hello;

I have hpsim server on windows 2008/sp2 on a VM.
How do I create a non-admin user so my peers can
log into it via their browser but not destroy
anything (which I know they would)

You can add other users with operator rights or even let them see only a limited number of managed systems. Inside SIM options-> security -> user and authorization you will find the information.
