login issue with hpsim

recently i have install hp sim 7.2 on windows 2008rs and then when i try to login am getting login error,

am not able to login with local user or domain user also , am getting domain name box. i need solution for this issue.

Use mxuser to know which user is confirgured.

I am having the same issue when I am using my domain admin account.

SIM users are specifically set up in the security configuration. Your domain account will not, by default, have access. Use the account that was used to install SIM if you cannot log in with other accounts, and check your security settings and users.

You'll want to add your domain account and/or groups, then assign a toolbox with the rights needed, then check the authorizations (where you can specify collections, or ALL systems, etc).
