    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to finalise our setup of Remote Support for HP but when I click on the Submit Updates and Register button I get the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Updating information and registering the client....Failed!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The isee client log file has the following message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ERROR DURING TRANSPORT, transport type=registration transport id=4B9FCB97-A8F9-4D72-A9BB-753A089CB355 Error details: error code=100 error string=Failed to get GDID! isClient=true&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried the instructions in the KB article&amp;nbsp;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&amp;amp;cc=us&amp;amp;taskId=110&amp;amp;prodSeriesId=3927992&amp;amp;prodTypeId=18964&amp;amp;objectID=c03062621"&gt;http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&amp;amp;cc=us&amp;amp;taskId=110&amp;amp;prodSeriesId=3927992&amp;amp;prodTypeId=18964&amp;amp;objectID=c03062621&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;(deleting config files and re-registering) to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is running in a Virtual Machine (Hyper-V) on a DL380 G7, doing some reading i am not too sure if this is a supported configuration. &amp;nbsp;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
