    <description>&lt;P&gt;make sure reverse lookup is working correctly so Hp sim aasociates the right server with the right IP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, in HP SIM, slect options - identify systems. This will update all system data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check if SMH is listed as managemnt protocol for the server.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've some servers on my HP SIM that are showing a OS Name that it's not correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ex.:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ServerA on HPSIM has the following information:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- OS Name: Microsoft Windows Server 2003, x64 Standard Edition Service Pack 2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- OS Version: 5.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ServerA on HP SMH has the following information:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- OS Name: Windows Server 2008 R2, x64 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- OS Version: 6.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can i resync the SIM so it shows the correct information (HP SMH).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
