    <description>&lt;P&gt;I applied the 7.2 hotfix kit to my 7.2 SIM server (running on Win 2008 R2, proliant DL360 G5).&amp;nbsp; All seemed to be well last night but I rebooted the SIM server this morning and now SIM hangs indefinitely as "Waiting for the HP Systems Insight Manager web server."&amp;nbsp; Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also, Windows app log is full of PostgreSQL errors:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;could not create any TCP/IP sockets,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;could not create listen socket for "localhost",&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is another postmoster already running on port 7950?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
