HP SIM 7.0 installation error!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to install HP SIM 7.0 on a HP DL 360 G5 server with 2GB RAM.

I installed Windows 2003 standard 32-bit OS on that server.

Now, when i try to install HP SIM 7.0 on that server, an error shows up saying "member not found" and it can be installed.

Now what can i do from my part??

I already installed windows installer 4.5.dot net 3.5,java,PSP,SNMP but no positive result yet.

Can anybody help me in this regard??

Can you try running the installer from the Insight Control Suite rather than the SIM installer? Also, the SIM installer should have generated a log so can you post it?

Did you ever find out what the problem is ?

I am installing hpsim 7.2 on windows 2008 r2 and am getting the same error.

Also I can not find any log file. Does anyone know where the installation log should be or what it's name is ?
